Howard L. Heald

Howard L. Heald is the President and Founder of Silver Creek Realty Advisors, LLC. Since 1986, Mr. Heald has been involved in the ownership and operation of large Class A and B office buildings in major Texas cities. At Silver Creek, he serves as the Operating Partner for over 500,000 square feet of high-quality office buildings and the Managing General Partner of a high-end retail center in the Heights in Houston, Texas. He has a long, successful track record in asset management, property management, and project leasing.  

Before forming Silver Creek, Mr. Heald served as President of Coventry Realty Advisors, responsible for a portfolio of over 2.5 million square feet of high-quality office assets.  Mr. Heald is a licensed real estate broker with the State of Texas and has over thirty years of experience in commercial real estate. Before Coventry, Mr. Heald was in the fixed-income department for institutional clients with Bear Stearns; before that, he was with the Investment Department of Allied Bancshares.  Additionally, from 2001 to 2009, Mr. Heald served as a Presidential Advisor to the Texas Public Employees Retirement System (TEXPERS) Board of Directors. He was also a board member of The Heritage Society in Houston for over twenty years and served as Chairman of its Board for four years.
